The Jr. Application Engineer plays an important role in maintaining the stability, usability, and effectiveness of these systems. Working alongside experienced technology professionals, this position helps ensure business-critical applications remain secure, accessible, and optimized to support organizational needs.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted contributor within the Technology team-resolving issues efficiently, improving documentation and user adoption, supporting system governance, and helping create a seamless experience for application users across the organization. Support Business-Critical Applications
  • Support the daily administration and maintenance of third-party applications used across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Respond to user requests, incidents, and service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.

Compensation & Setup
  • Pay: $44,000-$55,000 annual base salary
  • Location: Hybrid - Downers Grove, IL
