About the role you are considering

We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our growing Oracle Cloud and AI engineering team. This role is ideal for someone 1 year out of school who has handson experience using AIassisted coding tools (especially Claude Code) & wants to apply those skills to real enterprise systems, not just demos. You'll work alongside senior architects & integration specialists to design, build, and enhance Oracle Fusion integrations and PaaSbased services, using modern AIassisted development practices. This is a handson engineering role with strong mentorship and a clear growth path.

Location: Hiring in Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA

Your Role  - What You'll Work On

    • Develop & enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.)
    • Build &  maintain services on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS
    • Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, & documentation
    • Write & troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, data mappings, and transformations
    • Support APIbased integrations between Oracle Fusion & external systems
    • Assist with POCs, MVPs, & automation initiatives leveraging AIenabled development workflows
    • Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, & design discussions
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development
  • Handson experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tools) for real development tasks
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming language:
    • Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
  • Basic understanding of:
    • REST APIs
    • JSON / XML
    • Git or other version control
  • Strong curiosity about AIassisted development & enterprise systems
  • Clear communication skills & willingness to learn in a team environment

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle PaaS, cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure), & building or consuming APIs
  • Coursework or projects involving:
    • AI tools in software development
    • Automation or integration projects

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is :  $46,400 - $111,090

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
