Join the Mike's Bikes Crew as a Sales Advisor.
Mike's Bikes is a community focused bike shop with with an international reach. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality to our neighbors while also being a leading partner to the largest global brands. We are hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. If you're driven to make people's lives better and want to do it through your love for bikes, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do (and Love Doing):
  • Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience.
  • Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style.
  • Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships.
  • Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations.
  • Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up.

Requirements:
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • A working knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear
  • Confident in using a POS system, CRM tools, and basic office tech like Google Workspace
  • Competitive (in a good way!) and motivated by clear goals
  • Comfort with the physical demands of the role: Lifting bikes, moving boxes, and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone
