Industry: Technology Deployment amp; Managed Services
Amory Construction is a leading nationwide telecommunications infrastructure firm specializing in the design, build, and maintenance of wireless network systems. Headquartered in Carrollton, TX, Amory delivers full turn-key solutions—from tower and fiber construction to in-building DAS and small cell deployments—serving major carriers, private enterprises, and public organizations. Built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and craftsmanship, Amory is known for its commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction across every phase of network deployment and maintenance.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Logistics Associate who’s ready to jump in, get hands-on, and make an impact in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you take pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and ensuring every shipment gets where it needs to go—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
  • Receive, stock, pick, stage, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS), Salesforce, and shipping tools (FedEx, UPS) to process orders and track shipments.
  • Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure records are accurate.
  • Prepare items for testing, configuration, and same-day shipping when needed.
  • Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Jump in where needed—supporting additional supply chain or warehouse projects.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age: 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and lift 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Acceptable driving record to drive under company insurance.
  • Ability to drive to deliver and pickup materials.
  • This role may require occasional overnight travel based on business needs. All travel arrangements, including accommodations, will be coordinated and provided by the company.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience as a Supply Chain Associate, Logistics Clerk, or similar role.
  • Forklift certification or experience with powered industrial trucks.
  • Interest or background in technology-related logistics or configuration.
  • Experience with inventory systems, Salesforce, or shipping platforms is a plus.
Why Amory Construction?
  • Be part of a growing, innovative construction company where your work directly supports our success.
  • Work with supportive teammates who value safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Opportunities to cross-train, grow your skills, and advance in logistics and operations.
  • Competitive pay and consistent full-time hours.
Bring your energy, precision, and drive to Amory Construction—where logistics keep the big picture moving.
