We're hiring multiple full-time Call Center Representatives (Lead Generation) for our onsite team in Fulton, MD.

Meet our hiring team, interview onsite, and qualified candidates who successfully complete the interview process may receive a same-day job offer. Candidates who accept an offer must be available to begin paid training on Monday, August 3, 2026.

About the Role:

As a Call Center (Lead Generation) Representative, you'll connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in learning more about Window Nation products.

Your conversations help identify customer needs and schedule qualified homeowners for appointments with our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in:

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers

  • Work toward individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development

Required Training

Attendance is required for the entire two-week training program.

Training Schedule:

Dates: August 3 through August 14, 2026

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidates unable to attend the full training schedule will not be eligible for this hiring class.

After training, you'll transition to one of our full-time schedules based on business needs. Current openings include shifts that combine four weekday shifts with one weekend shift.

Our call center currently operates:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role

Candidates must also:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Be able to work onsite in Fulton, MD
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be available for the required training schedule
  • Be able to work an assigned weekday and weekend schedule
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance
  • Be comfortable making outbound phone calls
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with customers
  • Be comfortable working toward performance goals
  • Be able to use a computer while speaking with customers
