Job description

Clean Juice Eugene is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Juiceristas. As a Juicerista, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by preparing and serving our signature organic juices, smoothies, açai bowls, and other menu items with care and attention to detail. You will embody our core values of integrity, excellence, and hospitality while upholding our commitment to providing high-quality, organic products.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering any questions about our menu offerings.
  • Prepare and serve organic juices, smoothies, and açai bowls with high quality in a timely fashion.
  • Practice strong communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests, the shift leader on duty, the AM and the GM.
  • Make decisions based on what is right for our guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juicing area, including washing and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above
  • Manage all monetary exchanges in the store by taking orders and ringing up transactions
  • Educate customers about the benefits of organic nutrition and assist them in making informed choices about their purchases.

Qualifications

  • Passion for health, wellness, and organic nutrition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 50 pounds.
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
