Job description

You'll report directly to our AI-Initiative Development Manager and execute on assigned features across the full stack: React on Azure App Service, Express APIs reading from Azure Blob Storage, multi-agent AI pipelines built on Copilot Studio with GPT-4 and GPT-5, document generation with Word/PDF templates, and integration with Workday, Salesforce, and SharePoint. You'll own the implementation of features handed down to you, write clean production code, troubleshoot issues, and iterate fast. The architecture and stakeholder strategy are owned upstream; your job is to ship.
What we’re looking for:
You're a strong individual contributor who loves to build. You take direction well, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver working software without requiring constant oversight. You're comfortable across the stack but you have a clear technical center of gravity, ideally in modern JavaScript/TypeScript with React on the front end and Node.js on the back. You've worked with Azure (App Service, Blob Storage, Entra ID, managed identity) and you've integrated with LLM APIs in production.
You should have:

  • 7+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills
  • Solid Node.js/Express experience including API design and data layer integration
  • Hands-on Azure experience: App Service, Blob Storage, Entra ID, managed identity, RBAC
  • Production experience integrating with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI)
  • Working understanding of prompt engineering and structured output extraction
  • Experience building software for real users in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

You get bonus points for:

  • Multi-agent AI pipeline experience
  • Cosmos DB, Dataverse, or other Azure data platform experience
  • Document parsing and generation (PDF, DOCX) at scale
  • Experience with MSAL, OAuth 2.0 with PKCE
  • Workday or Salesforce API integration experience
  • Healthcare IT background (HIPAA, HITRUST awareness)
