Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Required Skills:
7-10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications in complex technology environments.
5+ years of experience owning application development, enhancement, and production support from technical analysis through implementation and optimization.
Proven experience diagnosing complex system-performance issues, debugging production applications, and implementing durable technical solutions.
Strong background in software architecture, application integration, computing systems, and designing solutions across interconnected enterprise environments.
5+ years of experience with software testing, code optimization, performance monitoring, and quality-focused development practices.
Demonstrated ownership of complex technical processes or applications, including independently driving issues through resolution and recommending process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software.
Provides advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations.
Installs and configures systems and other software.
Tests installed software for malfunction detection.
Identifies and resolves business systems issues.
