They also help track project progress, identify potential issues, and report updates to stakeholders. Jr Project Managers play a key role in supporting the overall success of a project while gaining valuable experience in project management processes.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Jr Project Manager?

  • Increased visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, supply constraints, and resource needs.
  • Reduced project delays caused by unclear ownership or cross-functional dependencies.
  • Improved identification and management of sourcing, supply, and operational risks early in the project lifecycle.
  • Improved prioritization and execution of the US Innovation project portfolio.
  • Successful execution of strategic natural color conversion and customer innovation initiatives.
