Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Certifications: PMPand/or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler
Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
โ€ข 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.
โ€ข Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
โ€ข Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
โ€ข Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes,
โ€ข Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
โ€ข Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
โ€ข Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability.
โ€ข Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
โ€ข Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
