Roseville, MN | Direct Hire | $125,000-$150,000 + Commission & Bonuses

Konik is partnering with a growing construction and building restoration company seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from initial customer consultation through completion. This role combines client relationship management, estimating, preconstruction planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects while delivering a high level of customer service.

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to assess building issues, understand project needs, and present repair solutions aligned with company standards.
  • Develop new business opportunities through customer outreach, relationship building, and lead generation efforts.
  • Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets using company estimating tools and processes.
  • Manage projects from contract award through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Lead preconstruction activities including scheduling, material selection, procurement, permitting, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while communicating updates with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits, quality inspections, progress meetings, and project reviews to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and warranty coordination.
