The Junior Business Systems Operations Engineer supports and improves Trove Brands' core business systems, with a primary focus on Acumatica ERP. This role develops system customizations, manages integrations, supports data and reporting needs, and troubleshoots technical issues. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset focused on improving workflows and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acumatica ERP system development and customization
  • Managing 3rd-Party Integrations
  • General Inquiries, Data Management and Reporting
  • Workflow and organization optimization
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Acumatica ERP (at least 1-5 years of experience required)
  • Strong Customization Skills (specifically in developing customization projects)
  • Experience with system integration and APIs
  • Proficiency in C# and Cursor
  • AI proficiency and knowledge
  • System maintenance and network administration know-how
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
