They provide unbiased fiduciary guidance, focused on investment policy, vendor oversight, compliance, and governance. Position Summary
We’re hiring a Consultant with strong business management experience who is eager to learn and grow within the fiduciary consulting space. Financial services experience is not required. We're looking for someone organized, professional, and motivated to make a difference for clients.
This role includes a blend of relationship management, project coordination, report creation, and client support. You’ll work closely with leadership and analyst teams to support a wide range of institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Consulting Services
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports, client presentations, and investment monitoring materials.
  • Help interpret data and convey findings.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings, offering logistical and strategic support.
Project & Vendor Management
  • Manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables for client consulting engagements.
  • Coordinate vendor evaluations and support RFP/RFI processes for recordkeepers, asset managers, etc.
  • Maintain internal project tracking systems and ensure high-quality execution.
Process & Governance Support
  • Help review and maintain investment policies and other plan documentation.
  • Ensure that client processes align with fiduciary best practices and applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with analysts to manage performance data, benchmarks, and fund comparisons.
Learning & Development
  • Engage in training around retirement plan structures, fiduciary principles, and investment concepts.
  • Support internal research, tool-building, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Take initiative to grow into a trusted, client-facing advisory role over time.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred but not necessary.
  • 3–8 years of experience in business management, operations, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting tools.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to learning.
Note: Financial services or investment experience is not required. We provide the industry training and mentorship you’ll need.
