  • Ability to manage and analyze complex datasets using Excel-based tools, including macros, to improve reporting and process efficiency.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional work, influence without direct authority, and hold partners accountable.

  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule (three days per week) and visit local suppliers as business needs require (up to 10%)

What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong communication, organization, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, learning agility, and ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience in automotive, electric-vehicle charging, energy storage, residential electrical systems, distributed energy resources, or connected products.

  • Experience in Quality, Reliability, and Durability activities or organizations, or with warranty analytics and reporting.

  • Experience with warranty terms, installation or workmanship claims, supplier contracts, service-level agreements, recovery provisions, accruals, reserves, or claim-cost analysis.

  • Experience with the Quality Data & Analytics Platform, warranty IPTV fan charting, Months in Service analysis, prognosis or sufficiency analysis, or supplier invoicing.

  • Experience with Salesforce, OneCRM, warranty-management or returns material authorization systems, enterprise resource planning or logistics platforms, PRTS, Jira, Power BI, or AI-assisted analysis tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, create structure in ambiguity, build strong relationships, and demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, integrity, and customer outcomes.
