  • Employee Education: Develop and execute scalable employee equity education programs (webinars, FAQs, etc.) to demystify complex equity structures and maximize the perceived value of Total Rewards
What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:
  • Technical Breadth: Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company; hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
  • Advanced Analytical Mastery: Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup) with an uncompromising commitment to zero-error execution
  • Strategic Problem Solving: A proven track record of breaking down complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments and engineering scalable, automated compliance solutions
  • High Relational Intelligence: The ability to communicate intricate financial narratives simply, build cross-departmental alignment, and serve as a trusted resource for employees
