Position Overview

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee‑owned company, is seeking a talented Data Analyst for its Test and Training Group. The analyst will support data analysis from various sources for testing efforts with multiple government and military customers, provide technical and analytical support by developing analysis tools, and support live data collection and analysis at test events in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, catalog, compile, and analyze data from test events.
  • Generate reports on data collected from events.
  • Support running live display and analysis tools during test events.
  • Develop software tools to aid in the analysis of data.
  • Travel up to 25% for extended duration as assigned.
Required Experience and Skills
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other STEM).
  • Familiarity with coding in Python, C#, or similar.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements.
  • Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel for test events.
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with source‑management repositories such as Git (GitLab, GitHub, or bare Git), Apache Subversion, or BitBucket.
