Your Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to help guide the evolution of our analytical ecosystem, ensuring our data isn't just accessible, but deeply insightful and actionable across the company.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with complex data exploration, advanced modeling, and the translation of messy healthcare data into clear strategic narratives. You'll partner closely with our product pods and business leaders to solve high-stakes problems, while also helping define the standards for how we model metrics and validate insights. You'll bring modern practices to how we conduct deep-dive analyses and build scalable reporting, while helping other analysts and stakeholders level up their ability to work with data.

Your Skillset
5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with a track record of tackling complex problems and delivering high-stakes insights.
Deep fluency in SQL, with the ability to write sophisticated, maintainable queries that serve as a foundation for reliable analysis.
Strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
Comfortable exploring ambiguity and translating open-ended business questions into well-defined analytical solutions.
Expertise in analytical methodology, including statistical validation, optimization models, and the ability to interpret trends within messy, multi-source data.
Hands-on with modern visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker) to build intuitive data assets and clear narratives.
