Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of supervisory or team leadership experience and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, foster employee engagement, and achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a commitment to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and departmental objectives.
Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
