Job Overview:

Are you ready to take your electrical expertise to the next level in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join Marvin as a Journeyman Electrician and be part of a team where your skills make a direct impact every day. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, solving problems creatively and communicating clearly to support our operations. This role offers variety, challenge and the opportunity to grow your trade skills while contributing to a high-performing team.

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Highlights of your role:
  • Perform electrical work safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, including working in tight spaces and elevated platforms.
  • Accurately document work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage.
  • Interpret equipment manuals and drawings to support maintenance and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • A current Minnesota Journeyman’s Electrical License.
  • Prior experience performing electrical work in a facility or industrial setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Flexibility to shift between tasks and departments as needed.
  • Ability to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Core Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and weekend project work.
