About Us

VIVE Adolescent Care is a Joint Commission Accredited inpatient acute stabilization facility serving youth in crisis. Our mission is to provide short-term, individualized, and compassionate care to adolescents and their families during mental health emergencies.

We treat youth struggling with:

  • Suicidal ideation
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Self-harm or harm to others
  • Drug addiction or overdose
  • Other mental health crises

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and creative Activities Coordinator to lead therapeutic and recreational programming for youth in treatment. In this role, you’ll provide care, ensure safety, and create structure through engaging, therapeutic, skill-based group activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead therapeutic, life-skills, and recreational activities for adolescent clients
  • Encourage participation in group activities
  • Supervise and ensure safety during all scheduled programming
  • Reinforce treatment goals through structured engagement and positive interaction
  • Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support individualized treatment plans
  • Accurately document attendance, behavior, and participation
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries and demonstrate empath without enabling
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications
  • Must be 19 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to stay calm, set boundaries, and respond compassionately under pressure
  • Experience in behavioral or mental health settings (preferred)

Schedule
  • Weekday Shifts:
    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM-5:00 pm and 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekend Shifts:
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and/or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and/or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Compensation amp; Benefits
  • Pay: $18–$20/hour
