Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Home Care | Lindsay & Kawartha Lakes, ON

Are you a Personal Support Worker (PSW) living in Lindsay, Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Omemee, or surrounding Kawartha Lakes communities?

Looking for consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and work close to home?

At Home Instead, we’re hiring PSWs to provide one-on-one home care to seniors throughout Lindsay and the Kawartha Lakes region—so you can spend less time commuting and more time doing meaningful work.

  • Valid driver’s licence (G2/G) and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach
  • Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
