Job description

Job Title:

Strategic Accounts Project Manager - Beverage Focus

Job Purpose:

To enhance customer relationships with key Strategic Beverage accounts by providing detailed
project management ensuring the success of our plants, and communications with our
customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Track, Manage, and Support implementation of projects for Pratt Strategic Accounts
Customers and our Plant teams supporting them.
- Track, Manage, and report on key drivers of the Pratt relationship with key Strategic
Accounts including: quality metrics, complaints and responses, OTIF, sales data, etc.
- Work with Customers and Pratt teams to Create, Evolve, Develop, Support, and Launch
new projects, innovations projects, and renovations of existing products.
- Support Strategic Accounts to win customer loyalty and Pratt plant support for value
projects and gain access to project launches at the beginning, through execution and
final completion.
- Present to joint leadership, as required.
- Consult on projects both internal and external to Pratt.
- Track, Publish, and Present reports on all project status.
- Track, Publish and Present reports on all key customer and Pratt performance metrics.
- Support cross company and functional Project teams to achieve successful and timely
completion of projects
- Support Pratt teams with key information to support Pratt manufacturing facilities and
process
- Provide project management support to customer Subject Matter Experts, Packaging
Engineers, and Graphics teams.
- Regularly attend customer meeting and disseminate key information for projects to
both the customers and Pratt.
- Calculate sustainability of customer projects related to corrugated.
- Manage and store CAD drawings as needed for various projects.
- Track, manage, disseminate and store all customer specification and Pratt internal
documentation.
- Assist with graphics project management and pre-engineering calls with customers,
agencies, and their associated graphics departments.

- Work with Strategic Accounts to implement new digital, graphics, and LEDP projects, as
needed.

Qualifications

Education:

- 4-year degree - preferred
- Alternatively, 10-years Corrugated Package Designer, Project Management, and Graphics

Experience:

- Experience working with customer Procurement, Quality, Technical, Graphics, and
Operational teams, at all levels.
- Experience working with Pratt Management, Production, Customer Service, Quality, and
Logistics.
- Experience using Microsoft Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher
- Experience using Google Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Docs and Meet
- Experience with scheduling and managing meetings using Google Meets, Microsoft
Teams and Zoom.
- Experience using a project database
- Experience teaching and presenting in front of both small and large groups
- Experience working with the beverage industry and experience with packaging glass,
PET and R-PET bottles.
- Experience with ArtiosCad, is a plus
- Experience with TOPS pallet patterns, is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work well with Customers and Pratt teams with tight timelines, while
remaining calm, focused, and in control of the facts.
- Ability to keep projects organized and tasks clearly in focus
- Ability to work with multiple customer and Pratt teams, in multiple team environments
simultaneously
- Ability to work from both customer office and home office, as needed.
- Ability to work during non-standard office hours
- Ability to maintain communication and work utilizing the customer's computer system
and email/calendar simultaneous with the Pratt system.

- Comprehensive understanding of corrugated manufacturing and industry quality
standards
- Knowledgeable about customer machine equipment: case forming, divider inserting,
wraparound form-fill-seal, tray-formers, and drop packers, is a plus.
- General knowledge of spirits distribution and beer distribution
- General Knowledge of ISTA testing and applications
- Ability to travel, as needed.
