With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Together with its partner, the company has worked on high-profile projects for global leaders such as TSMC, Micron, and AUO.

Building on a strong track record in Asia, the two founding companies have expanded into the United States to offer high-performance, leakproof piping solutions. Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, document management, and communication between teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence
  • Coordinate communication between departments and with external partners
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event planning
  • Manage office supplies, including purchasing, inventory tracking, and organization of office materials
  • Support HR and accounting teams with administrative duties as needed

  • Assist with purchasing, registration, and administrative procedures related to company vehicles

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
