Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Country Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the Compliance Program in Spain, ensuring that business activities are conducted ethically, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in alignment with Amplifon Group policies and values.

Reporting to the Country Legal Counsel, the Country Compliance Manager will act as a trusted business partner, promoting a strong culture of integrity, transparency and accountability across the organization.

The role will be responsible for developing and enhancing the local compliance framework, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, managing ethics and whistleblowing processes, supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, and driving awareness and training programs throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Program Management

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve the Compliance Program in Spain, ensuring alignment with Amplifon Group standards and local regulatory requirements.

  • Support the implementation of global compliance initiatives and adapt them to local business needs.

  • Maintain and periodically review compliance policies, procedures and internal guidelines.

Compliance Risk Management

  • Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks across all business areas.

  • Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and define appropriate mitigation actions.

  • Support management in the implementation of effective controls to address identified risks.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of compliance controls and recommend improvements where necessary.

Ethics & Integrity

  • Promote a culture of integrity, ethical behaviour and accountability throughout the organization.

  • Ensure effective implementation of the Code of Conduct and related ethics policies.

  • Oversee processes related to conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, anti-bribery and corruption, and other ethics-related matters.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on compliance and ethical concerns.

Whistleblowing Program 

  • Manage and promote Whistleblowing Program in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.

  • Coordinate the assessment, investigation and resolution of compliance concerns and allegations of misconduct.

  • Ensure investigations are conducted objectively, confidentially and consistently.

  • Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from investigations.

Compliance Monitoring & Audits

  • Design and execute compliance monitoring activities to evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance framework.

  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews and external assessments.

  • Track remediation plans and ensure timely resolution of identified findings and recommendations.

  • Maintain appropriate documentation and evidence of compliance activities.

Training & Awareness

  • Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organization.

  • Ensure employees understand their compliance responsibilities and applicable policies.

  • Promote continuous awareness through communication campaigns and engagement activities.

  • Monitor training completion rates and assess effectiveness of training programs.

Third-Party Compliance

  • Oversee compliance due diligence processes for distributors, suppliers, consultants and other third parties.

  • Assess and monitor third-party compliance risks.

  • Support implementation of appropriate safeguards and contractual compliance requirements.

  • Promote ethical business practices throughout the value chain.

Regulatory Compliance & Business Support

  • Monitor relevant regulatory developments and emerging compliance risks.

  • Advise management on potential compliance implications of regulatory changes.

  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams to support compliant decision-making.

  • Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Data Privacy and other control functions as appropriate.

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare periodic compliance reports, dashboards and key performance indicators for local management and Group Compliance.

  • Report on compliance program effectiveness, key risks, investigations, training activities and remediation plans.

  • Support governance forums and compliance committees where applicable.
