About the Role

Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and deliver effective solutions for homeowners.
  • Clearly explain findings and recommend repair or replacement options.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and complete accurate service documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required.
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.

Compensation
Compensation starts at $40+ per hour and is based on experience, licensing, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional earnings may include overtime, performance incentives, and bonuses.
