About the Role

Our Cocktail Servers are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about creating a great experience for every guest. Successful team members are strong communicators who know how to read a table, anticipate guests' needs, and pace service appropriately while bringing positive energy to every shift.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their service, appearance, and knowledge of food and beverage—and who genuinely enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with regular guests.


Here’s What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and get to know regulars by name, preferences, and needs.
  • Provide attentive food and beverage service within your assigned section.
  • Follow our Steps of Service while reading the table and anticipating what guests need next.
  • Know our food menu inside and out and confidently guide guests through our offerings.
  • Build strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, including ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and pricing.
  • Accurately take and enter orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe section throughout your shift.
  • Process guest payments accurately.
  • Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing sidework.
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and responsible-service standards.
  • Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and management to keep service running smoothly.

  • Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
