At Chick-fil-A, the Trainer role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Trainers are subject matter experts and are responsible for holding the entire team to the standards, retraining, and coaching.
  • Trainers execute our training program for our new Team Members while helping them acclimate to a new work environment.
  • Trainers execute ongoing training initiatives with our existing team members.
  • Trainers seek to improve and refine our training program to ensure excellence in Team Member Training.
