Under the direction of the Titles Manager, the Titles Specialist is responsible for processing vehicle titles using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying iLending's policies.
***THIS POSITION IS ONSITE AT OUR ENGLEWOOD, CO LOCATION***
HIRING SALARY RANGE:
  • $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
  • Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity
  • Bonus eligible the first full month after 60 days of employment and successful completion of probationary period
  • For Regular Full-Time Salaried and Hourly positions, Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately process incoming auto loan titles daily
  • Ability to identify problem areas and make independent decisions to resolve problems / rejections
  • Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional, customer-focused manner
  • Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
  • Maintains a professional, calm manner with all professional and business interactions.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company
  • Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when needed on sale / customer promotion dates
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to assure optimum service levels

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of call center experience, preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple computer screens
  • Previous loan processing or titles experience
  • Microsoft office suite experience

  • The Team Member is occasionally required to stand and walk and walk upstairs.

  • The Team Member must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
