Job description

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Talent Acquisition's leadership team in the role of Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic people leader responsible for shaping the organization's hiring vision, driving high-impact recruitment initiatives, and building a scalable talent engine. This role leads a team of recruiters, influences senior leadership, and uses advanced data analytics to optimize workforce planning, hiring performance, and long-term talent strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager champions operational excellence, fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensures the company attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent in a competitive market.
Key Relationships
Reports to: Executive Director - Talent Acquisition
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition leadership experience required.
  • Requires experience leading the design, development, and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Requires experience leading and implementing sourcing and recruiting best practices.
  • Requires a data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Requires experience with coaching, mentoring and elevating recruiting team capabilities.
  • Requires experience as a change management champion who leads process improvements and drives adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  • Requires experience with strong stakeholder communication.
  • Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.
  • Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy.
  • Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and sourcing platforms.
