Job description

Jazz,TX has a very unique platform in which to serve our guests. We are located in the basement of the Bottling Department in the Pearl Brewery and offer a "dinner and a show" atmosphere. Our team is small and focused with the aim of elevated cuisine, hand crafted cocktails, and wonderful live music. Our bar program is centered around the teachings of pre-prohibition style drinks. We are seeking a teammate for our bar that can bring dedication and speed in their craft of bar backing. Pay is based on experience however, the basic characteristic we are looking for is the ability to learn. All of our drinks are made with the freshest ingredients as we juice daily and seek out quality garnishes. With the ability to print new menus daily, we often find ourselves pushing for the next technique to learn that may be integrated into our program. Working well with others is vital as our team only consists of a few members. Service on any typically night is, of course, prep heavy and our dinner service is relatively short compared to most programs. We often do wine and spirit knowledge for the entire staff as we pride ourselves in great service. We are open Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday as dark days unless we have a special event.
