20-30 active listings across sales and leasing at any given time.
Founded in 2004, we have built a strong foundation of repeat and referral business and consistently manage a high volume of listings across both sales and leasing. Our business is fast-paced, detail-heavy, and built on delivering a premium client experience. We are looking for a
high-level Operations Manager who can take ownership of our listing pipeline and help build the systems that scale the business.
This is not an entry-level role. This is for someone who wants to
grow into a Director of Operations / COO position.
Compensation & Benefits- $80,000 - $110,000 base salary (depending on experience)

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Own• Full management of
20-30 active listings at a time• Oversee the entire listing lifecycle:
• Pre-listing > launch > active > escrow > close
• Coordinate:
• MLS input and accuracy
• Manage timelines for:
• New listings
• Price adjustments
• Open houses/broker opens
• Communicate with:
• Sellers
• Agents
• Vendors
• Ensure every listing hits the market:
•
On time•
Clean•
Professionally executedBeyond ListingsThis role is also about helping us
build and improve operations:• Identify inefficiencies and fix them
• Improve systems and workflows
• Help scale team structure and processes
• Work directly with leadership on business growth
QualificationsRequired Experience• Active California Real Estate License
• 2+ years in Listing Coordination, Transaction Coordination, or Operations
• Strong experience with California Association of Realtors (CAR) forms and contracts
• Experience managing multiple transactions at once (15-25+)
• Strong understanding of MLS systems and real estate workflows
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
