Our flagship product, the dcbel Home Energy Station, is a small wall mounted device that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and home, unlocking their EV's battery for backup power (V2H), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, backup battery and the grid.

The opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Inventory Technician to join our team in Montreal. The Inventory Technician will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our inventory operations in Montreal.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Accurately count and record inventory
  • Allocate stock to the designated areas
  • Kitting for incoming CM and Engineering requests
  • Assist with office rearrangements and clearing as needed
  • Dispose packaging materials properly
  • Conduct regular inventory counts
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the Inventory Manager
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or similar.
  • Proficient communication in English, written and spoken
  • Experienced in computer systems and data-entry
  • Physically fit to move inventory up to 50lbs

Bonus skills

  • Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken, an asset
  • Experience working using an ERP system, an asset
  • Driver's license and/or owns a car, an asset
