Sherpa aide les organisateurs d'evenements internationaux a offrir des experiences plus intelligentes, plus engageantes et plus productives. Nos plateformes soutiennent certains des plus grands salons et congres au monde, de Las Vegas a Dubai.


Nous cherchons une personne pour soutenir la prospection et la gestion des donnees, ainsi que pour contribuer a diverses activites commerciales.


C'est un role ideal pour quiconque est en debut de carriere, possede une forte capacite d'analyse, aime travailler avec les donnees et souhaite evoluer dans un environnement axe sur les operations commerciales modernes.

Votre role

  • Rechercher, enrichir et structurer des listes de prospects (evenements, organisations, decideurs).
  • Nettoyer, valider et preparer les donnees pour leur integration au CRM (Pipeliner).
  • Utiliser des outils modernes (Clay, Make, Smartlead, HeyReach, Sales Navigator, etc.) pour automatiser la collecte, la normalisation et la classification des donnees, ainsi que pour gerer les campagnes et les suivis.
  • Coordonner les activites de prospection multicanales (dont les courriels et LinkedIn).
  • Soutenir l'equipe des ventes dans la recherche de comptes, la priorisation et la cartographie des organisations ciblees.
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes (taux de reponse, rebonds, segmentation, etc.).
  • Aider a preparer des presentations, des briefs et du materiel personnalise.
  • Maintenir des tableaux de bord et des rapports pour soutenir l'evaluation et la prise de decision.
  • Contribuer aux activites liees au marketing et aux ventes : preparation de notre participation a des evenements de l'industrie, personnalisation du materiel, mises a jour du site web (Prismic), gestion de la page LinkedIn corporative, gestion de l'infolettre, etc.


Profil recherche

  • Excellente maitrise de Google Sheets et des bases de donnees marketing.
  • Aisance avec les technologies : plateformes d'IA, outils d'automatisation, API, chaines de traitement de donnees et technologies de vente.
  • Solides aptitudes en logique mathematique et en manipulation technique des donnees (filtres, jointures, transformations, regles de correspondance, normalisation, etc.).
  • Maitrise des CRM ou capacite a les apprendre rapidement.
  • Capacite a trouver et a verifier des informations d'affaires sur LinkedIn, sur des sites officiels, dans des repertoires et des bases sectorielles.
  • Experience avec des outils de prospection OU capacite a les apprendre rapidement (Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Apollo, Pipeliner, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Aisance avec Prismic ou la maintenance de sites web, ainsi qu'avec la gestion de pages LinkedIn (atout).
  • Grand souci du detail, esprit analytique et pensee critique.
  • Bilinguisme parfait (francais + anglais).
  • Curiosite, autonomie, debrouillardise et capacite a gerer plusieurs projets simultanement.

Sales Operations & Data Coordinator

(Bilingual role based in Greater Montreal)


Sherpa helps global event organizers deliver smarter, more engaging and more productive experiences. Our platforms support major international trade shows and congresses from Las Vegas to Dubai.


We are seeking an individual to support our prospecting activities and data operations, and to contribute to various sales and marketing initiatives.


This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, possesses strong analytical skills, and seeks to grow in a tech-driven commercial operations environment.

Your Role

  • Research, enrich, and structure prospect lists (including events, organizations, and decision-makers).
  • Clean, validate and prepare data for CRM ingestion (Pipeliner).
  • Use modern tools (Clay, Make, Smartlead, HeyReach, Sales Navigator, etc.) to automate data collection, normalization, classification, and manage campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate multichannel outreach activities (including emails and LinkedIn).
  • Support the Sales Team with account research, prioritization and mapping of target organizations.
  • Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot campaign performance (reply rates, bounces, segmentation, etc.).
  • Help prepare presentations, briefs and customized materials.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to support evaluation and decision-making.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales activities: preparing industry events, personalizing materials, updating the website (Prismic), managing the corporate LinkedIn page, supporting the newsletter, etc.


Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong skills with Google Sheets and marketing databases.
  • Comfort with technology: AI platforms, automation tools, APIs, data processing chains, and sales technology.
  • Strong mathematical logic and technical data manipulation skills (filters, joins, transforms, matching rules, normalization, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or a strong ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to find and verify business information using LinkedIn, official websites, directories and sector databases.
  • Experience with prospecting tools or ability to learn quickly (Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Apollo, Pipeliner, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Prismic or website maintenance, and with managing LinkedIn pages (asset).
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and critical judgment.
  • Perfect bilingualism (English + French).
  • Curiosity, autonomy, resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
