Creative Strategist, NA team Responsibilities:
  • Set creative vision and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
  • Build cross-functional relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
  • Build creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
  • Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional partnerships that navigate different goals and enable collaborative success
  • Stay current on emerging Meta products and ad formats, and apply them to client strategies in a timely manner
  • Identify client’s creative challenges and developing, deploying and scaling effective ideas and solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of creative experience in brand and performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative teams, or non-traditional content creators
  • Experience identifying, scoping, and implementing business-centered solutions, including experience with short-form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categories
  • Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required
  • Experience project managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders for clients and agencies, including production for digital and content
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
  • Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data fluency – experience working directly with data dashboards to extract insights
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience in marketing and business
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience with ad performance measurement methodologies such as attribution modeling, brand lift studies, or conversion optimization
