Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our employed network of providers in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is an outpatient practice setting offering comprehensive primary and preventative care for the entire family.

About Position:
  • Practice comprised of family medicine / internal medicine physicians
  • Provides a full range of services caring for patients of all ages
  • Supported by well-trained and experienced nurse practitioners
  • Outpatient Only; Monday - Friday
  • Call is shared with members of the practice
  • No weekends
