Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Foreman to join our team. Successful candidates must be MMI/UTI/WyoTech trained with verifiable experience. We have a fun and friendly work environment with expectations for high proficiency. Must be insurable, endorsed and up to date on PHD training. Must have a strong work ethic, be willing to share your knowledge and help mentor less experienced techs and help sustain a positive work environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform interval services, basic maintenance services and minor to medium crash repair on Yamaha, Triumph, BMW and Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
  • Be able to complete performed services with precision and per the OEM Service Manual guidelines.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Be able to work in a clean, professional manner.
  • Be able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides.
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.
  • Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
  • Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
  • Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and/or the dealership as a whole.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees and dealership staff.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in our IMS system to reflect all services performed
  • Maintain an accurate parts inventory to ensure fast turn around
  • Assure all parts purchases are processed accurately and in a timely fashion in our IMS.
  • Build relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Perform diagnostics, servicing, and safety checks on our extensive fleet.

Desired Experience:

  • MMI or ATI qualification and/or relevant experience in service and repair of modern motorcycles, trikes, and ATV’s
  • Valid M1 class driving license with good driving record.
  • Mechanics Certification from a certified Trade School a plus.
  • Multi-brand/metric experience preferred.
  • A working knowledge Yamaha, BMW, Triumph and Harley-Davidson motorcycles
