They are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join their accounting team. This role will be responsible for supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate cost data, assisting with reporting and analysis, and helping drive process improvements across the accounting function. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial and cost accounting records
  • Analyze manufacturing and operational costs to support business decisions
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory analysis activities
  • Calculate and file monthly sales tax reports

Qualifications
