Third Shift: 10:45pm-8:15am
The role involves the safe and efficient operation of production machinery, including Finishing and Inspection Machines, to meet production and quality targets. Responsibilities include performing daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and general machine setup, as well as ensuring proper order fulfillment and quality control.
Specific Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
  • Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance of machinery
  • Conduct general set up of production machinery as required
  • Follow job specification sheet for proper order fulfillment
  • Follow quality procedures, including inspection of finished goods
  • Achieve production and quality goals
  • Archive production goods
  • Detect defects of printing tools and support equipment
  • Detect potential improvements and report them to the team leaders
  • Support production department in any arising tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Apply GMP-rules, 5S and all other programs for improvement instituted by the Company
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous machine operating experience
  • Available to work overtime as needed in a 3-shift operation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of the regular job duties
