Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an AWS Connect Developer for their Miami, FL office. The role involves building chatbots using AWS technologies such as Lex and Bedrock, and requires strong software development experience with AWS services.
Responsibilities:
• Experience working on software development projects – NOT A DevOps resource
• PLAN TO BUILD CHATBOTS using Lex and bedrock
• All 5 days a week in office… but may have some flexibility with a day or so every once in awhile… sometimes they get Fridays off
• Potential to convert down the road…
• One month remote work to relocate to Miami area.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6-7 years of experience preferably with Cloud/AWS
• 2 years of AWS technical expert with technical skills in AWS technologies like - AWS Lambda, Python, AWS Connect, AWS Lex & AWS Bedrock
• Should have experience with Software development projects and be aware of Software development life cycle and Agile
• Has a good understanding of AWS Cloud basic services like EC2, S3, RDS etc.
• Should be a fast learner and individual performer
• Needs to work from FPL office location.
Preferred:
• Bachelors in Computer Science
• Past experience with IVR platform
• Connect / Lex Bedrock are nice to have
