Job description

Job Title:         Business Analyst

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration:         12 Months (Possible Extension)

Location:          Dubuque, IA 52001

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve business processes and operational workflows.
  • Develop service part forecasts using historical data and business inputs.
  • Manage service part availability and support the Order Fulfillment Process.
  • Analyze business metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings with Engineering, Supply Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and business documentation.
  • Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
  • Support project planning, communication, and change management initiatives.
  • Execute business activities aligned with company policies and objectives.
  • Track project progress and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operations.
  • SAP experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with forecasting, planning, or inventory analysis.
