Building a good rapport with your recruiter can also lead to more personalized job matches and timely updates.

What are job agencies and how do they work?

Job agencies, also known as employment agencies or staffing agencies, are organizations that help match job seekers with employers looking to fill open positions. They typically work with a network of employers and candidates, helping companies find suitable employees and individuals find job opportunities that fit their skills and preferences. Job agencies may offer temporary, permanent, or contract placements across various industries. They often assist with resume screening, interviews, and sometimes provide training or career advice. Using a job agency can save time for both employers and job seekers, and many agencies do not charge job seekers for their services.
