Job description

As a Optoelectronic Test Capability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our optoelectronics product validation processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting pluggable and Trosa DVTr/Reliability testing, as well as implementing TROSA Bonepile reduction testing strategies. Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and JMP is essential, along with a solid understanding of optical communication and electrical/optical test fundamentals. Familiarity with optical and electrical test equipment and experience with vb.net are highly advantageous.

  • Must have skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in optoelectronics product validation and testing, with a focus on optical communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly SQL and JMP, for efficient data handling and interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of optical communication principles and electrical/optical test fundamentals, ensuring accurate test execution.
  • Familiarity with optical and electrical test equipment, including their calibration and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with vb.net or similar programming languages for test automation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and decision-making.
