Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Lafayette, IN

What started as a local operation has grown into a trusted regional provider, now serving both residential and commercial clients across Lafayette, Zionsville, West Lafayette, Delphi, Dayton, Battle Ground, Frankfort, Monticello, Rossville, and nearby communities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing commercial team.

What We Offer

  • $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, with the ability to make $78,000 to $90,000 with peak season OT pay opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, VRF, boilers, VAVs, and controls
  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems
  • Perform system startups, testing, and performance checks
  • Install commercial HVAC equipment and components as needed
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards on every job

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • Strong working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, schematics, and controls
  • EPA Universal Certification required, and NATE certifications are a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and diagnose complex system issues
  • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
