Position:  Senior Analytics Sales Executive

Employment Type             : Full time.  Flexible Office / WFH arrangement. 

Experience Required       : Around 5-8+ years of relevant experience in selling analytics 

Technology & Services

Location                               : This role is based out in Mountain View, California.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Go to Market Sales Plan  
  • Acquire new customers for Analytics services, explore similar opportunities in our extensive client base 
  • Execute a plan for sales goals, and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of pipeline reports and forecasts.
  • Support development of appropriate marketing plans to target a diverse set of potential customers in order to generate qualified leads and opportunities.

Skills Required 

  • Knowledge of data analytics platforms and services covering Data mining, Data modelling, ETL, DWH and BI solutions
  • Ability to analyse the business requirements & have high level understanding on business Use Cases where Data Analytics help provide insights. E.g.’s Marketing & Sales Analytics, Customer Churn Analytics, Sales Rep performance, Healthcare Analytics, Retail Analytics etc
  • Well versed with BI tools widely used in market such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, QlikSense, Cognos etc
  • Awareness of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure vs On-Prem/ SQL server offerings. Ability to consult & provide advisory.

Key Requirements:

Professional

  • Experience. 5- 8+ years’ experience selling business solutions to large/global enterprise customers with a focus on Data & Analytics platform technologies 
  • Executive Presence. Experience and expertise in interacting with senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities. 
  • Problem Solver. Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems 
  • Collaborative. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. required
  • Excellent Communicator. Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others. 
  • You will need to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with clients, be self motivated, accountable, results driven and have a proven track record in software sales, business development or account management. Your success will be measured through meeting and exceeding revenue targets, successful development of new clients, and the ability to leverage new and innovative ways to reach our clients

Technical

  • Good knowledge of Data Analytics - BI tools ( Tableau, POWER BI) , ETL , DWH, ML and like
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in Data warehousing, Data Transformation, Analytics  and Machine Learning would be a plus
  • Technical Knowledge -  possess both business acumen and technology awareness and be able to connect how data and analytics impact customer business impact
