JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for reliable and energetic Food Truck Crew Members to support our mobile food service operation. This position is part of a collaboration between Haidilao USA and a special food truck project. Team members will help prepare and serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Load and unload food, supplies, and equipment for daily operations.
  • Prepare food according to company standards.
  • Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and work area.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one as required by state or local regulations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
