Program Description: This position supports the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC), delivering timely, relevant, and predictive all-source intelligence analysis and production in support of planning and operations.

The work directly impacts situational awareness, targeting, warning, and partner engagement across the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and Area of Interest (AOI). Analysts will contribute to national defense by providing insight into foundational military intelligence, strategic competition, counterterrorism, and transnational threats across multiple domains. Primary Responsibilities: * Conducts in-depth all-source analysis to assess, interpret, and forecast national security developments with a geographic focus on the USCENTCOM AOR and AOI.

* Produce analytic products in support of topics including: Foundational Military Intelligence, Geopolitical issues, Socio-Cultural dynamics, Terrorism, Cyber Threats, WMD, Regional Infrastructure, and other transnational issues. * Draft and maintain analytic lines and intelligence questions to guide production, support plans and operations, and identify intelligence gaps aligned with the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP). * Leverage structured analytic techniques such as analysis of competing hypotheses and pattern analysis across large data sets.

* Collaborate and coordinate production with IC partners, USCENTCOM divisions/directorates, component commands, and U.S. Embassy country teams. * Support regional, transregional, and strategic competition objectives by preparing intelligence products that respond to fast-evolving threats and challenges.

* Deliver anticipatory analysis, joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE), targeting support, situational awareness, and long-term warning assessments. * Produce releasable versions of finished intelligence products to share with coalition partners in compliance with U.S. disclosure policies.

* Coordinate with the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) and maintain awareness of intelligence sharing policies and procedures. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * 8 years of All-Source Analysis experience * Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting a Combatant Command (COCOM), ideally USCENTCOM or JIOC * Familiarity with Theater Campaign Planning and IC collaboration protocols * Proficiency with structured analytic techniques and modern analytic tools * Knowledge of foreign disclosure and coalition partner intelligence sharing * Experience creating releasable intelligence products for allied and partner audiences Compensation: Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
