What you will be doing
  • Perform duties to set up and operate MPE CTL Dept. equipment within production goals and standard set up times.
  • Perform duties associated with manually sorting MPE tubing.
  • Ensure specifications are met by changing and set prescribed tooling to suit tubing size and set arc and pressure, making continued adjustments to meet material variations.
  • Proficient use of equipment required by job function
  • Change and adjust blades as required.
  • Use jib crane or overhead crane to position coil on pay off.
  • Use of electric pallet jacks to maneuver spools.
  • Set up and operate cutting equipment, clamping jaws and guards and set stops
  • Work to production orders, packing specifications and instruction.
  • Select proper material for packing based on product specifications and packing requirements.
  • Prepare packaging materials. Pre-make boxes and stock bins with filler, pre-cut paper, prep tote/pallet etc
