Should be able to create a basic CRUD Web App in Angular2 & TypeScript from scratch (the candidate can use webpack, SystemJS or Angular CLI for this) and have the ability to use JSON Mocks for it (using Observables if possible).

Handle routing and multiple components in order to achieve all this is a plus.
