Office Manager (20-25 hrs. per week)Hillel at the University of Wisconsin-MadisonRole Overview
UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin Campus, is looking for a part-time Office and Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations, supervise student staff and help with building management and logistics. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Managing Director, and CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise student office staff
- Manage schedules, workflows, and office experience
- Online event posting
- CEO Executive Support
- Weekly text coordination
- Update organizational websites
- Flyer distribution and creation
- Form Management (Jotform)
- Coordinate social media ad buys (Adamah) in partnership with marketing support
- Support student care packages and distribution logistics
- Project tracking using CRM (Monday.com)
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in office environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Jotform, Monday.com, Salesforce, Wix, Little Green Light a plus but not required
Compensation
- Salary range: $22-$28/hour commensurate with experience
