Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors, allied health professionals, and clients' families to ensure that treatment progresses and is aligned with individual goals.
  • Provide a structured schedule for your appointments, including home visits when necessary, to enhance client engagement and monitoring.
  • Implement the treatment program effectively and ensure compliance with established care plans.
  • Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights and develop collaborative strategies for client care.
  • Document client progress through monthly and quarterly assessments, ensuring accurate and thorough records are maintained.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions for staff to guarantee competence in implementing therapeutic protocols and documentation processes.
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations and home visits to ensure ongoing support and adjust care strategies as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the mental health community, promoting resources and initiatives that enhance community support.
  • Assist in developing training materials aimed at improving program delivery for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse client base, including both children and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Tennessee.

  • Proficient in conducting individual and family therapy, with a keen understanding of evidence-based practices.
